Thank you for visiting and shopping at beSafe Products. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

This policy is applicable to (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS:

We do not charge anything for shipping whether the product is shipped in USA.


B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME:
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 8 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Order handling time is 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

International Shipping Policy: 


neti4u does not ship internationally.

Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

How do you ship?

We ship item through USPS, Dhl.After your order is processed by one of our facilities we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them

Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Item not received:

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ) , but if the problems still persists kindly email us Mail: support@neti4.com we’ll try our greatest to help you.

Returns

If your product at the time of delivery is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please raise a return request on the www.neti4u.com app or website. The return request must be raised within 30 days from the date of the delivery, after the time the platform shall not under obligation to return or refund the product.

 

For electronic appliances & Health Products related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty.

Valid reasons to return an item

​

  • Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken)/defective (e.g. unable to switch on)

  • Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).

  • Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or (expired)

  • Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e. product not as advertised)

  • Delivered product does not fit. (I.e. size is unsuitable)

  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

  • Any remorse reason that the platform considers invalid. In this case, the user will bear the shipping cost, and the platform reserves the right to refuse a refund or a partial refund.

Conditions for Returns

​

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.

  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, and accessories.

  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

www.neti4u.com shall proceed with your return request within two days after the product is received at the warehouse.

Issuance of Refunds

 

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the available payment method. The shipping fee can be refunded along with the amount paid for your return product. But the platform reserves the right to reduce the shipping fee if it finds that the reason for the refund is incorrect.

 

The time it takes to complete a refund depends on the refund method you choose. Refund time starts after completion of quality check.

  1. RESTOCKING FEE
    We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

  2. REFUNDS: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  3. EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@neti4.com and send your item to: 2164 NE 162 Street North Miami Beach, Florida 33162

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
